How it works

  • Upload your pictures from your device or smartphone using our easy-to-use interface. Adjust, enhance, and preview the images before submitting them.
  • Once you're satisfied with your selection, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address and email, and place your order.
  • Once your order is placed, we will meticulously print, trim, package, and dispatch it to your doorstep. You will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.

What is the status of my order?

When you place the order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email address. After your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive another email with tracking details.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please email us with your order number and the details you'd like to change or if you wish to cancel your order.

Once your order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

How much is shipping?

In Malta and Gozo shipping is Free.

What are your handling duration?

Because of their customized nature, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be crafted and dispatched.

Please note that our handling times do not include shipping and delivery periods.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we deliver in Malta and Gozo.

How can I track my package?

Once the order has been dispatched, you will be emailed with a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your package.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the customised nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 8 hours of your order being placed.

Can I change my photo?

Please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order.

After this period, modifications cannot be made.
